The Church is Open

The Church is Open! To celebrate the blooming of the daffodils the church is open from 11 am til 3 pm from Monday 19th to Saturday 31st. Come on a journey through 1000 years of history and hear how Charles Wesley preached on the steps, how Cromwell’s men rode their horses up the aisle, see the unique 15th century wall painting and search for the snails in the stained glass windows. Children’s trails available and sheets to give information about many of the fascinating things to see all around this iconic landmark.

 

 

Apart from Sunday services, from Easter through to Harvest the church is open Sundays and Bank Holidays from noon till 6 pm. {Tea and homemade cakes available from 2 pm till 5 pm.}
