The Church is Open.

We are open on Sundays (except the 5th Sunday in a month) for Worship as detailed under ‘Services’. We are also open on Bank Holiday Sundays and Mondays during 2017 as follows:-
16th and 17th of April.
30th of April and 1st of May.
28th and 29th of May.
27th and 28th of August.
The Church will be open on the above days from 12.00 noon until 6.00 pm and light refreshments will be available between 2.00 and 4.30 pm.

Come on a journey through a thousand years of history and hear how John Wesley preached on  our steps and Cromwell’s men rode their horses up the central aisle. There are leaflets to help adults find their way around and a children’s trail to follow. We’ll show you stone carved faces of angels and people who lived long ago, the unique medieval wall painting and the beautiful stained glass.

Of course, although the stones are soaked in hundreds of years of prayer this is also home to a contemporary Christian church community, so you are very welcome simply to come and experience the presence of God, light a candle and gather your thoughts.
