Come on a journey through a thousand years of history and hear how John Wesley preached on  our steps and Cromwell’s men rode their horses up the central aisle. There are leaflets to help adults find their way around and a children’s trail to follow. We’ll show you stone carved faces of angels and people who lived long ago, the unique medieval wall painting and the beautiful stained glass.

Of course, although the stones are soaked in hundreds of years of prayer this is also home to a contemporary Christian church community, so you are very welcome simply to come and experience the presence of God, light a candle and gather your thoughts.
